1198 Retainer
Designed special for chipping hammers with threaded barrel. This retainer must be removed from hammer barrel to change tools. Retainer threads onto barrel and held in place by #1191-8 pressure spring. #1199 rubber bumper recommended to cushion bottom of retainer housing. For use with ROUND COLLAR tools only. Maximum blade width is 1". Wider width than 1" - order 1198W up to 1-1/8".
