Shipping & Delivery Policy

Small items are shipped via UPS if possible. Other larger or heavier items require Truck line shipping. This will be shown in the shopping cart when you check out.

Free shipping is offered on some items and those are shipped via UPS Ground.

Please contact us for exact shipping dates for your order as it typically depends on whether we have the items in stock or whether the item is shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Please contact us for shipping for international orders. We calculate shipping and email you for approval. Prices shown in shopping cart are for shipping to continental U.S.

 

Returns

Returns are accepted only within 30 days on items that are in a new unused condition in original packaging. Return shipping cost with insurance is the responsibility of the customer.  ALL RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED AS A STORE CREDIT ONLY.

If items were shipped with free shipping, the costs of the original shipping to the customer will be deducted from the credit for the return. Shipping charges are not refundable.

There is a 25% MINIMUM restocking fee charged for the return of tool parts.

Atlas Copco and Chicago Pneumatic will not accept returns on line items of $90.00 or less. 
Some parts are non-returnable, please contact us to confirm returnability of individual items.

Privacy

We value your privacy and do not release your private information to anyone except as needed to fulfill your orders or to send you emails that you have signed up for. When registering, we ask for your name, address, phone, and email address so that we know your billing address for payment. On checkout, we ask for a shipping address. Your payment information is collected securely.

We will send you an email with your order. You will only receive our newsletter emails if you have signed up for them. We promptly process removals via a link on the email or on the "My Account" page of our site.

We never sell, rent, or transmit your private information to others for marketing purposes.
