Air Hose Fittings
Chicago-style, Air King and crowsfoot all name the same universal claw coupling: two lugs, a quarter turn, a washer seal and a wire clip that pins it shut. Hose & Oilers
Air tools that run dry wear out fast. Constant-feed and pressure-feed in-line lubricators meter oil into the moving air, from small jobsite units up to 12 gallon reservoirs. The hose lives here too: 3/4 and 1 in. lay-flat air hose, 1/2 in. hose whips at 300 psi, 2,000 psi hydraulic hose sets, and whip checks for coupled joints.
Oil, Lubricants and Coolants
Compressor fluid, engine oil and coolant are not interchangeable. Mineral and synthetic compressor fluids from Chicago Pneumatic and Kaeser cover rotary-screw and reciprocating pumps, while the diesel under a towable compressor takes engine oil and Tier 4 coolant. Bio hydraulic oils are the pick on spill-sensitive ground.
Rock Drill Oil
Percussion drills need an oil that clings under hammer impact and resists wash-off from flushing air and water. Rock drill oil covers that, along with anti-icing air-line lube that keeps jackleg and sinker drills frost free in winter, and non-metallic thread compound for drill steel joints.

What hose do I need for a rock drill? Contractor air hose in 3/4 or 1 in., crowsfoot-fitted, with a short 1/2 in. whip at the tool to absorb vibration. Size the line to the drill’s air draw, not just the fitting. See hose and whip assemblies.
Do you carry hydraulic hose for hydraulic tools? Yes — 2,000 psi hand-tool hose sets supplied as matched supply and return lines with quick connects, for power packs, hydraulic breakers and drills.
What oil goes in an air-line oiler? Pneumatic tool oil for general air tools, rock drill oil for percussion drills, and anti-icing lube below freezing. Never engine oil or hydraulic fluid — both are wrong for an air line and for the tool downstream.
