Design:The DARDAC12 is a highperformance handheld hydraulic splitter engineered for controlled fracturing of rock and reinforced concrete. It is part of DARDAs flagship handheld splitting cylinder line.
- Splitting force up to ~413tons (4,048kN) for the L version (and ~358tons for the N version) in one compact unit.
- Requires drillhole diameter of approx. 4548mm, with minimal drill depth of ~610mm (N version) or ~680mm (L version).
- Weight of the splitting cylinder is ~31kg (N version) or ~32kg (L version).
- Operates on highpressure hydraulic power (system pressure up to ~500bar) for the wedge action.
- Designed with the safe wedge principle drill a hole, insert the wedge & counter wedges, then hydraulic pressure separates the material from within, creating a controlled split with low vibration and noise.
- Materials: the cylinder body is machined from highquality aluminum and steel alloys to combine strength with manageable weight; counter wedges are carbidehardened for durability when splitting reinforced concrete or hard rock.
