Rotojec/Grout Swivels
A grout swivel is the rotating union that lets grout or flush water enter a turning drill string without wrapping the hose. Crowder stocks the RotoJec system end to end: a complete R32 male-male grout swivel for straightforward injection work, standard duty, heavy duty and super duty shanks at 3, 4 and 5 in. shank OD, the H90/T103 super heavy duty shank in right-hand single lead, and the 3 in. ID grout body the shank turns inside. Wear parts — seal sets, flushing collars and junction bars — are stocked on their own, so a rebuild does not mean a new swivel. Drill and set the anchor with R32 rods and bits from the same soil stabilization line.

What the Swivel Actually Does
Grout enters a stationary inlet, crosses a sealed interface, then continues into the rotating shank and down the string. That keeps torque and kinks off the hose and puts pressure at the bit. The grout body holds high pressure and resists corrosion in wet ground.

Collars, Seals and Junction Bars
The flushing collar and grout body take a 1 in. NPT male pipe thread grout connection. On an external flush striking bar, the 1 in. flushing device for 7/8 in. bar routes fluid outside the steel, with 1 in. collar seals and 1-1/4 in. flush device seals as spares. Junction bars are 1-1/4 in. rope thread.
