The Darda High Pressure Complete Quick Coupling (S1 Hose) is a precision-engineered hydraulic connector assembly designed for high-pressure delivery lines in Darda splitter and power pack systems. It provides a secure, leak-free, and fast connection between the power pack and splitting or crushing tools, ensuring reliable transmission of high-pressure hydraulic oil during operation. This coupling set typically includes both the male and female coupling halves, preconfigured for the S1 high-pressure hose circuit.

Design: Complete high-pressure quick coupling set (male + female).

  • Working Pressure: Rated up to 700 bar (10,000 psi) matching Dardas hydraulic splitter operating pressure range.
  • Connection Type: Sleeve-type or push-pull locking system allowing one-handed connection.
  • Valve Design:Self-sealing poppet valve design to prevent oil loss or contamination during disconnect.Automatic shut-off when disconnected.
  • Thread / Fitting Type:Typically BSPP or metric thread (depends on model version).Fitted for S1 high-pressure line on Darda hydraulic systems.
  • Sealing System:High-pressure rated NBR (Nitrile) or Viton (FKM) O-rings.Back-up PTFE rings for extrusion resistance under extreme pressure.
  • Safety Lock:Some variants include a secondary locking sleeve to prevent accidental release under pressure.

Applications: Designed for use with Darda hydraulic splitters, crushers, and power packs, where it forms the pressure supply line (S1 hose). High-pressure coupling = pressure feed line; Low-pressure coupling = return line

  • Function:Connects the power packs high-pressure output to the hydraulic cylinder or tool.Ensures quick tool exchange (splitter to crusher, etc.) without system depressurization.Maintains a clean, sealed hydraulic circuit.
  • Industries / Environments:Civil and structural demolition;Concrete splitting and controlled dismantling;Quarrying and mining;Underwater and confined-space demolition (with appropriate rated couplers)

Materials:

  • Coupling Body: High-strength hardened steel (zinc-nickel plated) that withstands extreme pressure and impact; corrosion resistant
  • Internal valve Components: Stainless steel or case-hardened steel for Corrosion resistance, dimensional stability
  • Locking Sleeve: Carbon steel, hardened & plated which is durable, resists galling during repeated cycles
  • Seals/O-Rings: Nitrile (NBR) or Viton (FKM) which is oil and heat resistant; Viton for higher temperature use
  • Backup Rings: PTFE that prevent extrusion under 700 bar pressure
  • Dust Caps: Polyamide (PA6) / Rubber to protect coupling faces from dirt and debris
