The Darda Quick Coupling Couple End Device for S1 10 m Hose is a complete hydraulic quick-connect coupling assembly (male and female halves) designed for installation at the end of the S1 10 m hydraulic hose used in Darda splitter and crusher systems. This coupling forms the interface between the hose and the hydraulic tool (splitter/crusher) enabling fast, secure, and leak-free hydraulic connections for both high-pressure and low-pressure circuits. It allows operators to connect or disconnect tools easily from the power pack system without losing hydraulic fluid or introducing contamination.
Design: Quick-connect hydraulic coupling set (male + female halves).
- It is Mounted at the end of the S1 10 m hose; connects hose to Darda end tool device.
- Fully compatible with Darda S1 twin-line hydraulic hose systems
- Pressure ratings: High Pressure Line: up to 700 bar (10,000 psi); Low Pressure Line: up to 60 bar (870 psi)
- Push-to-connect or sleeve-locking system; can be coupled manually without tools
- Self-sealing poppet valves automatically close when disconnected to prevent oil loss
- Secondary sleeve lock prevents accidental disconnection under pressure or vibration
- High-pressure O-ring + PTFE back-up ring to ensure leak-free operation
- Full-bore internal path to minimize pressure drop and heating
Applications: The Quick Coupling Couple End Device is installed at the tool end of the S1 10 m twin-line hydraulic hose in Darda systems. It connects to the hydraulic splitter, crusher, or combi-tool. High-Pressure Coupling: Transmits pressurized oil from the power pack through the hose into the tools hydraulic cylinder. Low-Pressure Coupling: Returns oil from the tool back to the power pack reservoir.
- Typical Uses:
- Concrete and rock splitting (Darda Splitter Models C9, C12, C20, C4)
- Controlled demolition and structural dismantling
- Quarrying and trench excavation
- Civil engineering and mining maintenance
- Compact demolition applications (indoors, tunnels, underwater when rated)
Materials:
- Coupling Bodies: Hardened alloy steel (zinc-nickel or chrome plated) – High strength and corrosion resistance under 700 bar pressure
- Internal Valves & Springs: Stainless steel – Corrosion-resistant, precision sealing and spring return
- Locking Sleeve: Case-hardened steel – Provides secure mechanical engagement and wear resistance
- Seals/O-Rings: Nitrile (NBR) or Viton (FKM) – Resistant to hydraulic oil and temperature extremes
- Back up Rings: PTFE (Teflon) – Prevent seal extrusion at high pressures
- Dust Caps (optional): Polyamide (PA6) or Rubber – Protects coupling faces from contamination when uncoupled
