We strive to help customers pick the right tool for the job but we understand that situations change and sometimes the wrong product is purchased. Returning or Exchanging a product is simple.

How to return a product with Crowder Supply

Email us at support@crowdersupply.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
We will contact you within 1 business day to provide return instructions and assist with an exchange if desired.

Returned items and merchandise requirements

Your return must include the following:

  • Be in unused condition
  • Include all original packaging
  • All related accessories, manuals, and any additional documentation

Return Restrictions

If you return an item within 30 days, it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% and you are responsible for all the original and return shipping expenses

Some tool parts are special order only and cannot be returned. If you are unsure you are ordering the correct part, please call our customer service prior to order placement to discuss with one of our agents
