Shipping Policy

Crowder Supply offers great shipping rates and options to get your product quickly and reasonably priced. We use UPS for orders when no single item weighs more than 150 lbs and the total order weight is less than 300 lbs in most cases. Your shipping options and pricing is displayed at check out

Parcel Shipments (under 150 lbs)

Our Standard Shipping is Ground Service. If you need your items more quickly, we offer some of the best expedited shipping rates in the business using UPS overnight and 2nd day services. All Parcel Shipment shipping charges are based on your location and the shipping weight of the order and are calculated during the checkout process. If an order arrived damaged, please notify us right away and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quick as possible

Freight Shipments (over 150 lbs)

Most items you order that weigh over 150 pounds will be shipped by Old Dominion, TForce, or SAIA. Crowder Supply also offers Lift Gate service for an additional charge.

A signature is required upon delivery of freight shipments. Before signing the freight bill of lading, inspect the shipment for damages and shortages immediately upon delivery. It is your responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise that you receive. In the event of a problem, contact Crowder Supply customer support before signing the freight bill.

We can only ship to physical addresses. At this time we do not ship to APO/FPOs or PO Boxes.Not all services are available for every zip code. The checkout process will list available options. For questions about delivery times, contact our customer service at time of order.

Out of Stock Items

We strive to have every item on our website in stock at all times but occasionally we have to backorder an item or have one of our suppliers dropship it. We will automatically ship the item to you as soon as we receive it.
