Rhino PD-200 Chuck Adapters

The Rhino PD-200 Chuck Adapters expand the reach of the 5-1/2 in. master chuck, bolting directly into the chuck to match the driver to virtually any post profile in the field. Available in a full range of inner diameters and built for heavy-duty production driving, each adapter seats the post on the chuck centerline so full impact force transfers straight down the post for clean, straight drives on pipe, channel, and structural posts in tough soil conditions.

• Round chuck adapters available in inner diameters from 2-1/2 in. to 4-3/4 in., stepping the 5-1/2 in. chuck bore down to drive 2 in. through 4 in. pipe, Telespar posts, C posts, and sand points across the most common fence, sign, and utility applications.
• 2-1/2 in. and 3 in. breakaway anchor adapters sized for driving Telespar breakaway anchor posts where a standard round adapter would not seat correctly on the post wall.
• 3 in. Drive Cap required for driving 3 in. Schedule 40 pipe, keeping the post centered and preventing deformation at the post head during high-cycle driving.
• 3-1/2 in. Drive Cap required for driving 3-1/2 in. Schedule 40 pipe where a standard round adapter would not seat correctly on the pipe wall.
