Rhino PD-200 Master Chuck
The Rhino PD-200 Master Chuck is the foundation of the PD-200 post driver system, accepting a full range of bolt-on chuck adapters to match the driver to virtually any post profile in the field. Available in 5-1/2 in. and 7 in. inner diameters and built for heavy-duty production driving, the master chuck transfers full impact force directly down the post’s centerline for clean, straight drives on pipe, channel, and structural posts in tough soil conditions.
- Standard master chucks available in 5-1/2 in. and 7 in. inner diameters, covering pipe, Telespar posts, H Column, and wood posts across the most common fence, sign, and utility applications. The 7 in. chuck drives pipe up to 5 in.6 in. diameter.
- 4-3/4 in. Master Chuck available for mid-size driving applications that fall between the standard chuck diameters, giving a dedicated fit without stacking adapters.
- 4 in. 4 in. and 6 in. 6 in. Square Master Chucks purpose-built for driving dimensional wood and metal posts, seating squarely on the post head to transfer full impact force without rollover or splitting.
- 4 in. 6 in. H Column Guardrail Master Chuck designed for driving structural guardrail posts; requires the matching Drive Cap to keep the post centered and prevent deformation at the post head during high-cycle driving.
- Slotted Sheet Pile Chuck available for driving slotted sheet piling up to 12 in., handling profiles a round or square chuck cannot seat on.
