Chipping Hammers offer High-impact energy for fast material removal and minimal rework with a Quick-change chisel system for fast bit swaps and less downtime. A .680″ Round chisel rotates freely while a .580″ Hex prevents chisel rotation. The tool steel is made out of hardened steel and parts are replaceable for longer tool life. They are compact for overhead or confined-space work. Typical applications include surface preparation before coating or resurfacing, weld spatter, rust and mill scale removal, mortar joint and brick face cleaning, road and bridge maintenance, shipyards, foundries, and heavy fabrication. To choose the right chipping hammer, match stroke length to tool weight and material hardness, select bit type for the application: moil points for demolition, narrow chisels for surface work, or various other tools for unique applications
