The Chicago Pneumatic CP 4611 is the long-stroke tapered-shank rivet buster in CP's pneumatic demolition family. The 11 in. cylinder stroke gives the CP 4611 extra reach and per-blow energy compared with shorter-stroke tools, making it the operator's pick when bridge-deck thickness, tank-wall section, or rivet-shank length exceeds the single-blow capacity of the CP 4160 (6 in.) or CP 4608 (8 in.).
- Long-stroke 11 in. cylinder for thick bridge-deck, abutment, and pier-cap sections beyond the reach of shorter-stroke rivet busters.
- CPS Control Power System with teasing throttle, Boyer valve, and durometer-rubber buffer ring; wear-indicating groove on the lower sleeve.
- Delivers 720 BPM at 45 CFM consumption at 90 PSI through a 1/2 in. NPT inlet.
- D-handle (CP 4611 D): 34 lb, 26 in. overall, inside trigger for general demolition with adequate overhead clearance.
- Open grip (CP 4611 P): 33 lb, 26 in. overall, outside trigger for tight-overhead, underdeck, and finger-sleeve protection work.
- .890 in. x 1.125 in. tapered shank standardizes tooling inventory with the CP 4608 stock.
- Built for heavy concrete demolition, bridge-deck rehab, structural-steel rivet removal, tank cutting, and drift-pin driving on heavy fasteners.
- Crowder Supply stocks tapered-shank rivet-buster steels and full CPS-system service parts for inside-trigger and outside-trigger configurations.
