The Tamco/Toku RB-110 is the long-stroke entry in the Tamco/Toku rivet-buster family, manufactured by Toku in Japan and distributed in North America under the Tamco brand. The 11 in. jumbo stroke (actual 11-15/16 in.) places the RB-110 at the deep-reach end of the rivet-buster class, paired with a 1-3/16 in. piston bore for the per-blow energy needed on thick bridge-deck and tank-wall sections.
- Drop-forged alloy handle, heat-treated alloy cylinder, and adjustable exhaust deflector with built-in safety piston stopper.
- Delivers 680 BPM at 33 CFM consumption at 90 PSI through a 3/8 in. NPT air inlet; max operating pressure 90 PSI.
- Both gooseneck and D-handle variants weigh 35 lb at 26 in. overall length and accept the Jumbo 11X (.866 in.) shank.
- Gooseneck (RB-110): outside trigger for tight-overhead, underdeck, and finger-sleeve protection work.
- D-handle (RB-110D): inside trigger for general demolition where overhead clearance is adequate.
- Lowest CFM draw in the heavy rivet-buster class: two tools on a 100-CFM compressor or five on a 185-CFM compressor.
- Built for thick-section bridge-deck demolition, parking-garage tear-out, tank ripping, structural-steel rivet cutting, and heavy bolt breaking.
- Crowder Supply stocks the full Jumbo 11X rivet-buster steel range plus RB-110 cylinders, retainers, valves, throttle assemblies, deflectors, and safety stoppers.
