The Texas Pneumatic TX1336 family – TX-133-6RB (inside trigger) and TX-133-6RB-OT (outside trigger) – is built by Texas Pneumatic Tools in the U.S. as the short-stroke entry in the TX133 three-stroke rivet-buster matrix. The 6-inch piston stroke places the TX1336 in the heavy rivet-buster class, sized below the longer TX1338 (8 in.) and TX13311 (11 in.).
- Closed-grip inside-trigger design for general demolition; outside-trigger (-OT) variant moves the trigger to a finger-sleeve for under-bridge and tight-overhead work.
- Delivers 1,100 BPM at 44 CFM at 90 PSI through a Jumbo 11X (.866 in.) shank.
- Both variants weigh 29 lb at 20-3/4 in. overall, with a 1-3/16 in. piston bore and 6 in. stroke; 1/2 in. NPT air inlet.
- Air draw fits a 100-CFM compressor for two-tool operation or a 185-CFM compressor for four-tool operation on the same circuit.
- Primary application is rivet cutting on structural steel up to 15/16 in. diameter rivet body.
- Also specified for bridge-deck demolition on rebar, structural bolt removal, road-repair light demolition, and concrete foundation chipping.
- Crowder Supply stocks Jumbo 11X cup chisels (7/8 to 1-1/8 in.); flat and narrow chisels; sheeting drivers; plus replacement cylinders, retainers, and valves.
- Recommended air supply: 1/2 in. NPT contractor's hose with inline oiler; standard 3/4 in. ID hose with crowsfoot fittings and 11 oz line oiler.
