The Tamco/Toku RB-91HP is the medium-stroke entry in the Tamco/Toku rivet-buster family, manufactured by Toku in Japan and distributed in North America under the Tamco brand. The 9 in. jumbo stroke (actual 8-15/16 in.) sits between the compact short-stroke rivet busters and the long-stroke RB-110, with a 1-3/16 in. piston bore that delivers the per-blow energy needed on standard bridge-deck and tank-wall sections.
- Drop-forged alloy handle, heat-treated alloy cylinder, exhaust deflector, and built-in safety piston stopper – same construction profile as the RB-110.
- Delivers 700 BPM at 36 CFM consumption at 90 PSI through a 3/8 in. NPT air inlet; max operating pressure 90 PSI.
- Both gooseneck and D-handle variants weigh 32 lb at 22-29/32 in. overall length and accept the Jumbo 11X (.866 in.) shank.
- Gooseneck (RB-91HP): outside trigger for tight-overhead, underdeck, and finger-sleeve protection work.
- D-handle (RB-91HPD): inside trigger for general demolition where overhead clearance is adequate.
- Low CFM draw – two tools on a 100-CFM compressor or five on a 185-CFM compressor; min 1/2 in. ID hose.
- Built for standard bridge-deck demolition, parking-garage work, tank ripping, structural-steel rivet cutting, and heavy bolt breaking.
- Crowder Supply stocks the full Jumbo 11X rivet-buster steel range plus RB-91HP cylinders, retainers, valves, throttle assemblies, deflectors, and safety stoppers.
