The Tamco/Toku RB-91HP is the medium-stroke rivet buster in the Tamco/Toku family, made by Toku in Japan and sold in North America under the Tamco brand. Its 9 in. jumbo stroke (actual 8-15/16 in.) and 1-3/16 in. piston bore handle standard bridge-deck and tank-wall sections at 700 BPM, in 32 lb gooseneck (outside trigger) or D-handle (inside trigger) versions measuring 22-29/32 in. overall.
Construction mirrors the larger RB-110: drop-forged alloy handle, heat-treated alloy cylinder, adjustable exhaust deflector and a built-in safety piston stopper, with a low 36 CFM draw that runs two tools on a 100-CFM compressor or five on a 185. The .866 in. Jumbo 11X shank steel cup chisels, flats and moils is stocked alongside it, and the guide to choosing a rivet buster shows where a 9 in. stroke fits among the rivet busters we stock.

RB-91HP FAQ
What is the difference between the RB-91HP and RB-91HPD?
Handle and trigger: the RB-91HP gooseneck carries an outside trigger for tight overhead and underdeck work, while the RB-91HPD D-handle puts the trigger inside for general demolition. Both weigh 32 lb.
How many tools can my compressor run?
At a low 36 CFM draw each, a 100-CFM machine runs two rivet busters and a 185-CFM machine runs five; browse the compressors we stock if you are sizing up.
What steel does it accept?
Jumbo 11X shank steel with the .866 in. shank the same cup chisels, flats and moils the larger RB-110 runs.
