Carbide Button Types:
- DOME: Spherical carbides for use in medium to hard rock, with fractured or seamy applications
- PARABOLIC: aka POP or Semi-Ballistic, more aggressive than the dome carbides, for soft to medium consistent rock
- BALLISTIC: Bullet shaped, very aggressive fast penetration in soft to medium consistent rock
