The square post driver from Crowder Supply is a hardened drive cap that fits over the top of a square post to prevent mushrooming, splitting and surface damage while a paving breaker hammers it home. Six sizes cover square posts from 1-1/2 in. through 3 in., with the square drive nose machined 1/32 in. smaller than the post inside dimension so the cap seats squarely and sends every blow straight down the post.

Each cap must run on our large taper detachable shank, offered in hex sizes from 7/8 in. to 1-1/4 in. to match common paving breakers. Round pipe on the same job?
