The Mincon 8DH the MP8H-DH, built for DHD 380 shank systems is a large-hole MP-series down-the-hole hammer covering 8 to 10 in. (203254 mm) holes in quarrying, mining, construction and well drilling. Standard, button and backreamer back head configurations are available, and the MP-series supports industry-standard shanks as well as Mincon-designed shanks, with variants for footvalve-free tubeless drill bits.
All next-generation MP-series hammers are manufactured at Mincon’s facilities in Ireland and Finland, with precision-made components and proprietary in-house heat treatment for durability. When the hole plan steps past this class, the MP100-SD hammer picks up 10 to 12 in. bits; Crowder Supply keeps the wider DTH hammer range in stock, along with the DTH drill bits to run on them.
