The Rhino PD-55 Master Chuck is the foundation of the PD-55 post driver system: a 3-7/8 in. (98.4 mm) inner diameter master chuck that accepts a full range of bolt-on chuck adapters, matching the driver to nearly any post profile in the field. Built for medium-duty production driving, it transfers full impact force straight down the posts centerline for clean, plumb drives across post types and soil conditions.
Bolt-on PD-55 chuck adapters cover round pipe from 1 in. to 3-1/2 in., U-channel classes from 1 to 4 lb/ft, a heavy-duty 2 in. T-post adapter and a 4-1/16 in. square wood post chuck, with drive caps for 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 in. Schedule 40 pipe. An optional 4-1/4 in. master chuck runs PD-110 adapters on the PD-55. Every chuck and adapter is grouped under Rhino PD chucks and adapters.
