Design:The DardaC2S is a compact yet highpower hydraulic splitter designed for controlled breaking of rock and concrete in confined or sensitive environments.
- Effective splitting force: approximately 1913kN / 195tons for the C2S model (with theoretical force ~3490kN / 355t).
- Required drillhole diameter: approximately 3132mm. Minimum drillhole depth: ~270mm. Splitting distance ~9mm for the wedge set N.
- Weight: approximately 17kg (37lb) for the cylindrical unit, making it manageable for transport and location use.
- System pressure: up to 50MPa (500bar) hydraulic power required.
- Built with durable materials: the splitting cylinder is made of highquality aluminum and steel alloys, the counterwedges receive speciallyhardened/carbide surfaces for high wear resistance.
- The tool includes a control valve integrated in the handle, allowing the operator to predetermine the splitting direction and course. Robust multilayer hoses with burst protection connect to the highpressure hydraulic power unit.
- Because of its relatively small size and powerful output, it is especially designed for hardtoreach or lowheadroom locations, underground or underwater, and situations with vibration or noisesensitive settings.
