The Vanair Air N Arc 150 is an all-in-one power system built around a 20 hp Vanair VNR680 engine: a 150 amp DC CC/CV welder with isolated ground, a 5 kW generator and a 20 CFM reciprocating air compressor with 30 gal of air storage. One machine covers welding, electrical power, compressed air and battery service from a single spot on the truck deck.
An 11.5 gal fuel tank carries the unit through long shifts, and 12/24-volt battery boost and charge runs through the Vanair weld system note that a connection harness is required for the remote panel, and battery boost cables and weld leads are sold separately. It sits in our gas-driven air compressor range with the rest of the Vanair equipment we stock; keep the piston pump on Vanguard reciprocating compressor oil and run your tools off contractor air hose.
