The Vanair Air N Arc 300 Compact Diesel All-In-One Power System combines five power sources in a single unit: a Vanair encapsulated rotary screw compressor with clutch delivering 40 CFM at up to 175 PSIG, a 270 amp high-frequency DC welder at 100 percent duty cycle (CC 40-300A, CV 15-30V), a 7 kW peak / 6.8 kW continuous brushless generator with 120V and 240V outlets, and 300A battery boost with 50A charge. Powered by a 25 HP Kubota DH902 Tier 4 Final diesel with automatic glow plugs; built low-profile for under-body, side-pack and behind-cab mounting. As a true two-generator system it multi-functions – weld while running lights off the generator. Lifetime warranty on the rotary screw air end.
