The Tamco/Toku SF-T3 triple piston scabbler roughens and reduces concrete surfaces with three reciprocating pistons hitting 5,200 blows per minute at 90 PSI – keying surfaces for new toppings, removing laitance and light coatings, and texturing walkways. At 8.25 lb drawing 15 CFM it works one-handed on walls and floors. Piston sets are replaceable in the field and come in steel, carbide-tipped, and non-sparking Rexalloy for hazardous locations. Made by TOKU Pneumatic Tool Mfg. (Japan, since 1937), distributed by TAMCO Tools.
