The TEHMA CS350 is a handheld hydraulic combi shear spreader that cuts and separates profiled metal structures with no sparks, no splinters and almost no noise – 360 kN of cutting force and 95 kN of spreading force at 600 bar, in a 43 lb tool with a 362 mm (14.25 in.) jaw opening. Toothed tips grip what you are spreading; the internal blade geometry cuts rebar and rods at different heights to use the whole blade. Aeronautical-grade alloy cylinder, fast jaw approach-reopening mechanism, threaded attachment points for pulling chains, and full underwater capability. The natural companion to the TEHMA SP400 splitter for separating pre-split reinforced concrete – and part of TEHMA’s modular system: swap blade sets and the same body becomes the MS250 shear or GS170 blade-guide shear.
