TEHMA Concrete Crushers & Metal Shears — CC300, MS250 & GS170
Handheld hydraulic demolition without the percussion: the CC300 crusher bites through slabs, stairs, and balconies nearly noise- and dust-free on household power, and the MS250/GS170 shears cut scrap, catalytic converters, and cable with no sparks or torch. Both run on the same TEHMA PP-series packs as the splitters.
The short version
Demolishing medium-thickness concrete indoors or at night? The CC300 crusher ($10,250) plus an electric power pack runs on a 110V outlet. Cutting metal for recycling or auto demolition? The MS250 or GS170 shear from $9,980. Splitting thick rock instead? That is the splitter page. Browse all concrete crushers & metal shears we stock, or call 1-888-883-5144.
TEHMA CC300 Concrete Crusher

CC300 Concrete Crusher
A 22,700-lbf hydraulic jaw that bites through slabs, stairs, balconies, eaves, and block walls — and cuts the rebar, mesh, and rods inside them. On an electric pack it works indoors, at night, in occupied buildings, and underwater, with none of the cracking risk a breaker puts into the surrounding structure.
Choose it when: you are demolishing medium-thickness concrete where noise, vibration, or access rules out a breaker.

What Crews Use the CC300 For
Stairs & slabs
Munch stairways, eaves, and floor slabs nearly noise-, dust-, and mud-free — no cracking risk inside the building.
CC300 CrusherDoors & window openings
Enlarge accesses on household 110V power with an electric pack — no noise limitations, no compressor truck.
Electric PacksBalconies & beams
Take down balconies, beams, and pillars without vibration — and without throwing rubble into the street below.
CC300 CrusherRebar & mesh
The jaw cuts reinforcement, welded mesh, rods, and pipe as it separates concrete from steel for disposal.
CC300 CrusherBlock reduction
Reduce pre-cut blocks to carryable pieces inside confined spaces — elevator shafts, basements, plant floors.
CC300 CrusherUnderwater & special work
Rated for underwater demolition and industrial applications, with the pack staying dry on the surface.
CC300 CrusherTEHMA MS250 & GS170 Metal Shears

MS250 / GS170 Metal Shear
A 45-lb double-speed hydraulic shear that cuts catalytic converters, mufflers, cables, and metal profiles with no sparks, no torch, minimal noise and dust — jaws in special alloy, cylinder in aeronautical-grade alloy. Add the TR200 trolley and SK200 balancer for a full recycling workstation.
Choose it when: you process scrap or strip vehicles and want cutting speed without hot work permits.
Key specs
What Crews Use the Shears For
Catalytic converters
The MS250 blade geometry pulls the cut toward the center — the reason recyclers reach for it on converters and closed profiles.
MS250 ShearAuto demolition
Mufflers, exhaust, brackets, and body sections come apart faster than with a disc or torch — and with no sparks near fuel or upholstery.
MS250 ShearCable & wire
The GS170 guide blade holds metal cable in the jaw so it shears cleanly instead of squirting out under load.
GS170 ShearRebar, mesh & rod
Cut reinforcement, welded mesh, and threaded rod on demolition sites without dragging out a torch rig or a hot work permit.
MS250 ShearPipe & metal profiles
Angle, channel, conduit, and light pipe part in one stroke — the double-speed cylinder opens and closes without downtime between cuts.
MS250 ShearAll-day workstations
Hang the shear from the SK200 balancer on the TR200 trolley and the 45-lb tool weighs nothing in the operator’s hands.
TR200 TrolleyThe third shear in the family, the CS350 combi shear/spreader — 14 in. opening with combination blades for mixed plastic and metal — is available by special order: call 1-888-883-5144 to quote one. Spare combi blades ship from stock.

Crusher & Shear Questions
What is a handheld concrete crusher?
A hydraulic jaw you hold against the edge of a slab, stair, or wall: the power pack drives the jaw shut with 22,700 lbf, and the concrete crushes and falls away in controlled bites — nearly noise-, dust-, and vibration-free. It is the demolition method for occupied buildings, night work, and structures that percussion would crack.
Is the CC300 an excavator attachment?
No — the CC300 is a handheld tool powered by a TEHMA PP-series hydraulic pack, not a carrier-mounted pulverizer or a jaw-crusher plant. If you need machine-mounted crushing or aggregate production, call us and we will point you the right direction; if you need to demolish concrete indoors where no machine can go, the CC300 is the tool.
Can the CC300 really run on household power?
Yes — pair it with an electric PP600 or PP700 pack and the whole setup runs on single-phase 110–120V at 25 amps. That is what makes stairway, balcony, and interior demolition possible in occupied buildings without noise limitations or a compressor outside.
Does the CC300 cut rebar?
Yes. The jaw cuts reinforcement, welded mesh, iron rods, and pipe as it crushes, separating concrete from steel for cheaper disposal. For dedicated metal cutting — profiles, cables, catalytic converters — step over to the MS250/GS170 shears on this page.
What is the difference between the MS250 and the GS170?
Both are 45-lb double-speed hydraulic shears. The MS250 has blade geometry that pulls the cut toward the center — ideal for catalytic converters and profiles, with a 9.8 in. opening. The GS170 adds a guide blade that keeps metal cable seated while it shears (6.69 in. opening). Pick in the widget above; both prices are shown before you add to cart.
Can I get the CS350 combi shear?
Yes, by special order — the CS350 shear/spreader with its 14 in. combination blades is not stocked for immediate shipment, but we quote and order it directly. Spare combi blade sets are on the shelf today. Call 1-888-883-5144.
What powers the crusher and shears?
The same TEHMA PP-series packs as the splitters — electric, pneumatic, gas, or carrier-hydraulic, all 10,150 psi (700 bar). One pack can run your whole TEHMA fleet one tool at a time, or several tools with the multiplier module. See the power packs page for motor-by-motor guidance.
