Air Misters

Air misters cool a hot work area by combining compressed air and water into an atomized mist, then throwing that fog downrange on the induced airflow of a venturi air mover. In dry heat the evaporating droplets pull temperature out of the surrounding air, which is why crews run misters on turnarounds, shutdowns and outages, in fab shops and warehouses, and over outdoor events. Texas Pneumatic builds them in three horn diameters — the 3 in. for one station, the 6 in. with a metal or polyurethane horn, and the 8 in. in metal only — each on a portable stand, without a stand, or bolted to a permanent fixture.
