Dust Collection Systems

A dust collection system captures concrete, brick and stone dust at the tool instead of letting it hang in the breathing zone, which is how crews work to OSHA Directive 1926.1153 on crystalline silica. The Texas Pneumatic TX-DCS2 is a single-user cart with a 20 gallon canister that draws roughly 40 CFM at 90 psi to make its vacuum; the TX-DCS3 and the multi-user TX-DCS-MU3 scale up from there, and the Atlas Copco DCP 10 pairs with TEX range breakers.
