The Air N Arc® 330 Diesel ALL-IN-ONE Power System® combines five power sources in one compact machine: a rotary screw air compressor, generator, welder, battery booster and battery charger. Built around a 24.8 HP Kubota® three-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine, it replaces a deck full of separate equipment with a single unit operated from one control panel.
Air output is 40 or 60 CFM at 150 PSI, with up to 175 PSI available. Electrical power comes from a Lincoln Electric® AC brushed generator rated 10 kW continuous at 120/240V, 60 Hz. Welding is handled by a Lincoln Electric® DC multi-process machine featuring Chopper Technology®, covering 35-330 A in CC mode for stick, gouging and TIG, and 14-40 V in CV mode for MIG and FCAW. A 330 A 12V/24V booster and 50 A 12V/24V/48V charger handle battery service, with 50 A at 14 VDC of chassis charge back.
The compressor is belt driven while the generator and welder are direct driven. Fuel is either tied to the chassis or supplied by an 11 gallon bolt-on frame option. The unit measures 47.5 x 21.4 x 25.6 in. and weighs 750 lbs. dry, freeing bed space and reducing weight compared with running separate machines.
