The Epiroc HB 5800 is a 12,800 lb (5,800 kg) Premium range hydraulic breaker for excavators and other carriers in the 128,000–220,500 lb (58–100 t) class. It drives a 7.87 in. (200 mm) working tool at 280–480 bpm on 81.9–103 gpm (310–390 l/min) of oil flow at 2,320–2,610 psi (160–180 bar) and up to 156.9 HP (117 kW) of hydraulic input.

The HB is the Epiroc Premium range heavy breaker, built for efficiency and performance with high durability. VibroSilenced Plus isolates the percussion mechanism from the breaker box to cut noise and vibration. DUST configurations carry the DustProtector II sealing system, which keeps dust out of the tool guiding area in dry, dusty work. HATCON connectivity (operating hours, location and service intervals through My Epiroc) can be retrofitted with the HATCON kit.
