The Chicago Pneumatic CPS 1600-150 is CP’s heavy-duty portable air compressor for large-scale drilling, sandblasting, and pipeline work – a single-stage, oil-injected rotary-screw machine delivering 1,600 CFM at pressure settings from 72 to 100 PSI, or 1,450 CFM at 150 PSI, from CP’s C-series low-pressure elements. Power comes from a liquid-cooled, six-cylinder turbocharged Scania DC13 diesel producing 493 HP while meeting US EPA Tier 4 Final emissions. A 174-gallon fuel tank keeps it running through long shifts, and the whole package rides a DOT-compliant trailer.
