The Chicago Pneumatic PDR 30T is a compact handheld hydraulic post driver for fence posts, road signs, crash barriers, tent anchors and ground rods, driving in anything from soft soil to rock-hard asphalt. The T designation means the trigger is built directly into the drivers handle an arrangement suited to short post driving where the operator works right at the tool.
Out of the box it accepts standard 50 mm rods, and adaptors or bushing inserts extend coverage across 18 to 65 mm rods and posts. Like other handheld hydraulic drivers it runs off a portable power pack or a carriers auxiliary hydraulic circuit.
