Paving breaker tamping pads from Crowder Supply turn a pneumatic or hydraulic breaker into a compaction tool for trenches, slopes, base material and asphalt patching. Made in the USA to stand up to hammers up to the 90 lb class, the pads come in seven sizes 3, 4, 6 and 7 in. round, 6 and 8 in. square, plus a 5-3/4 in. round for hydraulic post drivers to match the pad to the trench.

Every pad mounts through our large taper detachable shank, made in hex sizes from 7/8 in. through 1-1/4 in. to fit the breaker you already run. The same shank system also drives the round pipe driver cup and the sheathing driver shoe, so one shank covers tamping, pipe driving and sheathing find them all under hex shank drive caps and tamping pads.
