The Tamco/Toku CP-9A is a 9 lb handheld pneumatic chipping rock drill built around the 3/4 in. round x 3-3/4 in. shank the standard light-chipping shank used across U.S. industrial chipping tools. A 1-1/4 in. bore drives 3,400 BPM through a 14-3/4 in. tool that utility, masonry and finish-rock crews keep on the truck for detail work.
It draws just 20 CFM at 90 PSI, so a small compressor keeps it hitting all shift on spot drilling, cleanup, rebar trimming and small anchor-bolt holes. Crews standardizing on hex steel can run the Tamco/Toku THD1100N, its 7/8 in. hex-chuck sibling; both sit at the light end of the rock drills Crowder Supply stocks, with rock drill oil on the same shelf.
