The Vanair Air N Arc 250-L cuts 30 percent of the weight of a standard steel skid system with an aluminum air end, base and sheet metal – while packing five forms of power: a 24 CFM dual-stage aluminum reciprocating compressor at up to 150 PSIG (175 max), a 250 amp high-frequency welder at 100 percent duty cycle (CC 40-250A, CV 15-30V, runs voltage-sensing MIG feeders), a 5 kW brushless generator with two 120V GFCI outlets and one 240V, and 300A boost / 50A charge. Powered by a 23 HP EFI Kohler with electric start.
