The rivet buster 11X jumbo bushing tool is a surface preparation head for rivet busters: a textured, multi-pointed face that scarifies concrete and steel, roughening surfaces for coatings and overlays and stripping rust, scale and hardened residue. Built from heat-treated steel for hard industrial service, it must be used with a lower split bushing, which retains the head in the tool during operation.
Bushing heads bridge demolition and restoration texturing bridge decks and industrial floors for better adhesion, cleaning welded joints and mill scale in fabrication, and removing deteriorated concrete without cracking what stays.
