The Rhino PD-140 is a 138 lb heavy-duty pneumatic post driver the guardrail-capable model of the Rhino air post driver line for heavy line and corner posts, dock and foundation piles, baseball backstops and 2 to 4 in. pipe. Three selectable master chucks (4-1/4 in. round, 4×6 guard rail and slotted sheet pile) reconfigure one driver across jobs with a single chuck change.

A single-piston design with one moving part delivers roughly 900 blows per minute at 100 PSI on 64 CFM, so a mid-size tow-behind compressor runs it. Condition the air before the first post goes in: throttle valve, filter-regulator-lubricator and rock drill oil are the minimum, and PD-140 kits bundle that plumbing with the driver. The PD-140S slotted kit converts an existing unit for sheet pile and seawall work.
