Rotojec seals are the replacement sealing sets for Rotojec grout swivels, holding a leak-proof barrier between the rotating drill string and the pressurized grout supply in soil stabilization drilling. Sold in sets of four, they come in three sizes matched to the swivel class: standard 3 in. OD, heavy duty 4 in. OD and super duty 5 in. OD. A low-friction design limits heat buildup and wear at drilling speeds, extending the life of the whole sealing system.
Seals are the service item in any grout swivel swapping them on schedule protects the Rotojec body and shank from washout. Match the seal OD to your swivels duty class, such as the super duty Rotojec shank, or order a complete grout swivel when the whole assembly is due for replacement.
