The Atlas Copco KAPD-23 is a lightweight handheld hydraulic post driver designed by the Crowder Supply team in Denver on the proven LH-11 pick hammer platform. It hits 2,300 blows per minute at 5.3 GPM maximum oil flow, driving T-posts, silt fence, sign posts, grape stakes, ground rods and earth anchors for construction, erosion-control, electrical and farm crews running hydraulic power.

Open-centre hydraulics run from a hydraulic power pack or, through a hydraulic flow divider, from machines supplying up to 23 GPM. Chuck choices at order time include the standard 2 in. I.D. T-post chuck, a slotted U-channel chuck, 2-1/2 in., 3 in. and 2×4 in., with the ground rod drive cap covering 5/8 to 1 in. rods. It joins the Atlas Copco hydraulic post drivers we stock within our broader post driver selection.

  • Chuck options: standard 2 in. I.D. T-post, slotted U-channel (made to order), 2-1/2 in., 3 in. and 2×4 in.
  • Ground rod caps for 5/8 to 1 in. rods; drive caps in 2 in. round plus 1-3/4 and 2 in. square
