The Chicago Pneumatic CP9373 series is a family of 4-bolt D-handle pneumatic chipping hammers built for intensive industrial use weld flux chipping, descaling in shipyards, large castings cleaning, rivet busting and removing concrete buildup from mixers. Three strokes are offered, each with a .580 in. hex or .680 in. round shank: 2 in. at 2,600 BPM, 3 in. at 2,150 BPM and 4 in. at 1,700 BPM.
All six versions share the durable 4-bolt D-handle, a heat-treated cylinder, a thick steel safety lever and a retainer ring that makes chisel changes fast but secure. Air draw runs 29 to 33 CFM at 90 PSI through a 3/8 in. inlet. The CP9373 sits alongside the CP 4100-series tools in the Chicago Pneumatic chipping hammer line; compare every class in our full chipping hammer range, with chisels in both shank styles stocked to suit.
