Texas Pneumatic Air Ducting & Swing Gates
SAC-N-GO ducting in 8 to 20 in with the storage bag permanently attached and no extra parts needed to link runs together, plus TX-SG swing gates with magnetic closure for API tank flanges.
The short version
Ducting is what turns a blower into ventilation at the work face. SAC-N-GO comes in 8, 12, 16 and 20 in with a storage bag that stays attached to the duct and a design that links units together without additional parts. Electrically conductive (groundable, black) duct is available in 12 and 16 in where static is a concern; the standard duct is yellow. Match 8 in to the TX-3AM air movers and Tornado 8, 12 in to the TX-6AM and TX-JF12, and 16 in to the TX-8AM, TX-10AM and TX-JF16. The TX-SG20 and TX-SG24 swing gates cover an API tank flange when the jet fan comes off, using a magnetic closure and usable with flanges in any orientation and multiple pressure ratings. All-brands: air ducting.
Ducting and swing gates

Texas Pneumatic SAC-N-GO Air Ducting
The storage bag stays attached, so the duct goes back where it came from at the end of the shift instead of into a tangle in the truck. Units link together with no additional parts. Larger sizes are available as a special order.
8 in $375 · 12 in $435 · 16 in $525 · 20 in $725 · conductive from $860

Texas Pneumatic TX-SG Swing Gate
Covers the tank flange opening when the fan is removed. All-aluminum or stainless components, magnetic closure device, and the TX-SG20 can be used on 20 in or 24 in tank flanges. Fans are sold separately.
TX-SG20 $2,975 · TX-SG24 $3,250 · any flange orientation
Ducting and swing gate questions, answered
Which duct size fits which fan?
The 8 in unit is used with all types of TX-3AM and TX-3AMS air movers. The 12 in unit fits all types of TX-6AM and the TX-JF12 jet fan. The 16 in unit fits the TX-8AM, TX-10AM and the TX-JF16. Larger sizes are available as a special order — call 1-888-883-5144.
What is conductive ducting for?
Electrically conductive (groundable) SAC-N-GO ducting, supplied in black, lets the duct run be bonded so static cannot accumulate on it. That is what you want when the atmosphere in the space could be flammable, or when you are moving dry particulate that generates charge. Standard non-conductive duct is yellow and costs about half as much.
Does it come with a storage bag?
Yes, and the bag stays attached to the duct rather than being a separate item that gets lost. That one detail is the difference between duct that lasts three seasons and duct that gets dragged across a gravel yard.
Can I link two runs together?
Yes — no additional parts are needed to link units together. Bear in mind that every extra length and every bend costs you flow, so size the duct generously rather than adding a smaller second run.
What does a swing gate do?
It covers the opening in an API tank flange when the jet fan is removed. The TX-SG series uses a magnetic closure device, is built from all aluminum or stainless components, and can be used with flanges in any orientation and multiple pressure ratings. The TX-SG20 fits 20 in or 24 in flanges; the TX-SG24 is the dedicated 24 in gate. Fans are sold separately.
There is a 30 in listing on the ducting product page — is that right?
There is a size option on the product page whose part number and listed diameter do not agree, and we are having it corrected. Please call 1-888-883-5144 to confirm the diameter before ordering anything other than the 8, 12, 16 and 20 in sizes shown above — we would rather sort it out on the phone than ship you the wrong duct.
Need duct to reach the work?
Tell us the fan and the run length. We will match the diameter, tell you whether you need the conductive version, and check whether a swing gate belongs on the order.
