Drive Caps for Pipe, Channel and Telespar
A drive cap sits between the driver and an open or awkward post head so the blow spreads across the end instead of rolling the steel over. Low drive versions add length between driver and post, so a crew can keep setting after the post head drops below a standard cap’s reach.

Clean, Regulated, Oiled Air
An air driver lives or dies on its supply. The FRL with carrier mounts the unit in a powder-coated steel frame with Chicago style fittings and a clear lubricator bowl you can read at a glance; the carrier on its own suits crews who already own the FRL. A throttle valve kit with screen fitting and 5 ft hose puts control at the operator.
Moving and Storing the Kit
The PD series transport cart is a steel frame on large wheels built to carry the PD-55, PD-110 and PD-140 with their tooling across gravel and rough ground. For pile work, the PD-200 pile driving storage box holds the driver and its 7 in. master chuck, the FRL carrier, the throttle valve kit, the 6 x 6 and slotted master chuck assemblies and the 15 ft 2 in. air hose in one box.
Common Questions
Do I need an FRL on a post driver? If you want the tool to last, yes. Water and grit in shop air rust the motor and wash out lubrication; the filter and lubricator handle both, and the regulator holds the driver at its rated pressure so every post takes the same blow.
How long is the hose whip? 15 ft 2 in., made to connect between the main supply hose and the driver. It gives maneuverability at the working end without dragging the whole supply line down the post line.
