Accessories (Page 26 of 51)

An air tool is only as good as what hangs off it. This is the Chicago Pneumatic accessory and spare-parts tree for the industrial line: impact sockets, extensions and drive adapters in 1/4 through 1-1/2 in. square, hex and #5 spline; abrasive wheels and discs; swivels, hoses and valves rated 140 to 290 psi; quick-disconnect air couplings rated 140 to 230 psi; and filters, regulators and lubricators that decide how long a vane motor lives. Tool-family spares, tune-up kits and operator gear sit in the child categories below, and exploded views are in the parts and diagrams hub. Everything here fits the tools on the industrial tools pages — confirm drive size, disc diameter or air-inlet thread before you order.

Bolting, Screwdriver & Torque-Check Accessories

The bolting group is the deepest on the site: impact sockets, extensions, universal joints, adapters and protective covers from 0.03 to 19.8 lb. Match the drive to the impact wrench rather than the fastener, then step down with an adapter if you must. Small tooling and screwdriver bits and holders cover assembly work, and maintenance and calibration gear keeps torque tools verified against a documented value.

Grinding, Sanding & Cutting Consumables

Guards, backing pads, collets and grinder spares come in 2-1/2 and 4-1/2 in. wheel sizes to match the tool; blades and spares for saws, nibblers and cut-off tools keep the cutting line running. These move faster than anything else in the catalog — order them by the box with the tool, not one at a time after a wheel shatters.

Spare Parts by Tool Family

Most of this tree is organised by the tool it feeds. Percussive tool parts run 0.22 to 3.31 lb and cover chisels, retainers and needles; drilling accessories include 3/8 and 3/8×24 chucks and keys; riveting accessories carry the P089430–P089499 sets; air motor accessories handle mounting and control on the ATEX vane motors. Workshop equipment accessories run 1.32 to 39.6 lb in the CP9911–CP9958 series, with odds and ends for the remaining tool families and other equipment on 3/8 and 1/2 in. air inlets.

Cordless Power, Dust Control & Operator Kit

Battery tools need their own supply chain: chargers and batteries in the CP12XP through CP36XP25 families, plus cordless accessories. For the bench itself, tool balancers take the weight off an operator’s arm, holsters keep a tool off the floor, and an ergonomic seat and operator wearables address long shifts. Control the mess with a shop vacuum and dust extraction accessories, and keep tool oil on the shelf.

Common Questions

Will a standard impact socket work on a CP industrial impact? It has to match the drive: CP industrial tools use 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4, 1 and 1-1/2 in. square, plus hex and #5 spline on the big bolting tools. Spline and hex drives are not interchangeable with square — check the anvil before ordering.

Do I really need an FRL on every drop? On any tool you want to keep, yes. Water and grit kill vanes and bearings faster than duty cycle does. A filter-regulator-lubricator at the drop, sized to the port and the CFM, is the cheapest life extension available.

Can you find a part number from an exploded view? Yes. Send the model and we will work off the diagram — the full CP accessory and spare-parts line is on the CP accessories, sockets and parts page.
