Press Protection Nets
Match the net to the press tonnage, not to the part in the press. CP lists nets built for 20, 30 and 50 ton CP86-series frames, each sized to that machine’s window. A net catches hardened fragments that leave a press at speed — the failure mode that puts press operators in hospital — and it is the cheapest safety device on the machine. Replace a net that has taken a strike rather than running it again.
Jack Saddles
The SA001 Type A is the saddle for the CP85030 air hydraulic jack. It gives a durable contact face for lifting a truck on differential gears or under bolts, where a bare ram would slip or mar the casting. Keep it stored with the jack; the wrong contact point loads the ram off centre.
Socket Adaptors
