The Epiroc CB 950 is a hydraulic concrete buster for excavators in the 24,300–37,500 lb (11–17 t) class, built for primary demolition of wide reinforced concrete structures. Service weight is 2,070 lb (940 kg) with an average-sized adapter plate; product weight 1,750 lb (794 kg).

Cutting force at the upper blades is 344 US tons (312 t) and crushing force at the jaw tip 60.6 US tons (55 t). Jaw opening 26.8 in. (680 mm), jaw depth 12.8 in. (324 mm), blade length 5.5 in. (140 mm). Cycle time 5.8 s opening / 5.0 s closing at maximum oil flow. Oil flow 23.8–47.6 gpm (90–180 l/min) at up to 5,075 psi (350 bar); rotation circuit 5.3–6.6 gpm (20–25 l/min) at up to 3,045 psi (210 bar).

Two hydraulic cylinders deliver virtually constant closing force, and two independently moving jaws eliminate displacement force, lowering stress on the carrier. An integrated speed valve shortens working cycles, piston rod guards protect the cylinders, and the cutting blades are replaceable and reversible. 360° endless hydraulic rotation positions the jaws precisely.

Use it for primary demolition of reinforced concrete structures: walls, slabs, beams and columns in buildings, bridges and industrial plants. The jaws crush the concrete while the blades at the top of the jaws cut through the reinforcing steel, so the carrier can take down wide sections without a separate shear.
