The Epiroc HB 4700 is a 10,400 lb (4,700 kg) Premium range hydraulic breaker for excavators and other carriers in the 99,000–176,000 lb (45–80 t) class. It drives a 7.48 in. (190 mm) working tool at 280–540 bpm on 68.7–95.1 gpm (260–360 l/min) of oil flow at 2,320–2,610 psi (160–180 bar) and up to 144.8 HP (108 kW) of hydraulic input.

The HB is the Epiroc Premium range heavy breaker, built for efficiency and performance with high durability. VibroSilenced Plus isolates the percussion mechanism from the breaker box to cut noise and vibration. DUST configurations carry the DustProtector II sealing system, which keeps dust out of the tool guiding area in dry, dusty work. HATCON connectivity (operating hours, location and service intervals through My Epiroc) can be retrofitted with the HATCON kit.
