Vanair Air N Arc All-in-One Power Systems
Air compressor, DC welder, AC generator, battery boost and battery charge sharing one engine and one service-body footprint. From the 20 CFM Air N Arc 150 to the 330 Diesel with its Lincoln Electric 330 A multi-process welder and 10 kW generator — Vanair is a Lincoln Electric company — one machine replaces four. The 150 20 HP is in stock at $12,004.
The short version
One compartment, five forms of power. The stocked Air N Arc 150 20 HP ($12,004) covers most service trucks: 20 CFM air, 40–150 A welding, 5 kW generator, battery boost and charge. Weld heavier: the 250-L (250 A at 100% duty) or the 300 series (40 CFM rotary screw, 270 A) — quoted. Crane trucks: the I-300 adds a hydraulic pump, six forms of power. The 330 Diesel tops the line with Lincoln’s 330 A multi-process welder. Browse all brands in air compressors, see the full line on the Vanair brand page, or call 1-888-883-5144.
Air N Arc Power Systems
Every Air N Arc replaces a compressor, a welder, a generator and a jump box with one machine to mount, fuel and maintain.

Air N Arc Questions
What is an Air N Arc?
Vanair’s all-in-one power system: an air compressor, DC welder, AC generator, battery booster and battery charger sharing one engine and one frame — five forms of power from one machine. The I-300 adds a hydraulic pump for crane work, making it six.
Which Air N Arc should I pick?
By weld load and air load. Light service welding and mechanic’s air: the stocked 150 (40–150 A, 20 CFM). All-day stick or suitcase-feeder MIG: the 250-L (250 A at 100% duty, 24 CFM). Air-hungry tools plus heavy welding: the 300 series (40 CFM rotary screw, 270 A). Crane trucks that also need hydraulics: the I-300. The heaviest multi-process work: the 330 Diesel with Lincoln’s 330 A welder.
Who makes the welder in these machines?
Vanair is a Lincoln Electric company. The Air N Arc 330’s 330 A multi-process welder is a Lincoln Electric unit built on Lincoln’s Chopper Technology; the other models use Vanair’s own high-frequency DC welders, rated at 100% duty cycle on the 250-L and 300 series.
Can an Air N Arc run MIG?
Yes on the CV-capable models: the 150 20 HP with remote panel, the 250-L (which runs voltage-sensing suitcase feeders), the 300 series and the I-300 all provide CV output, and the 330 Diesel handles MIG and FCAW at 14–40 V through the Lincoln welder.
What does the hydraulic Air N Arc need from the truck?
The 300 Hydraulic has no engine — it runs the full five functions off 14.5 GPM at 2,500 PSI (single function) to 19 GPM at 2,800 PSI (multifunction) of chassis hydraulics, with auto start/stop that bypasses flow after 2.5 minutes of inactivity.
How fast do these ship?
The stocked 150 20 HP ships within one business day; quoted models ship within a few business days. We ship nationwide from our own stock and, on some lines, direct from the manufacturer — freight is quoted alongside the machine.
