The Atlas Copco RTEX 15 is a 30 lb-class pneumatic paving breaker for sidewalk and curb concrete, light slab demolition, asphalt patching and utility trenching. It runs on 33 CFM at 90 psi and strikes 936 blows per minute from a 38 lb, 26.5 in. tool, with a vibration-reduced handle that holds hand-arm vibration to about 5 m/s full-shift comfort in the paving breaker class contractors reach for most.

The single 1 x 4-1/4 in. hex shank matches the most common paving-breaker steel size, so the RTEX 15 drops into existing inventories without new tooling. Keep an in-line lubricator in the air line, and secure hose couplings with a whip check at every connection. The RTEX sits alongside the TEX models in the Atlas Copco pneumatic breaker line.
